Terms of Service
These terms cover browsing, submissions, reviews, memberships, partnerships, and enterprise-service conversations on AIAgentLands.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape in bulk, manipulate metrics, impersonate official providers, submit unlawful content, or abuse automated endpoints.
- Tool, model, agent, GitHub, and news links may point to third-party sites. Verify official terms before buying, integrating, or deploying any external service.
- Directory rankings, summaries, and recommendations are informational and do not guarantee fitness, uptime, pricing, compliance, or commercial results.
Submissions and publishing
- Submissions enter a review queue by default. Operators may approve, edit, reject, remove, or request more information before publication.
- You confirm that submitted content, URLs, and materials can be reviewed and used to create public directory entries or editorial notes when approved.
- Automated publishing remains subject to source checks, URL safety, content quality gates, and editorial review.
Membership and paid services
Membership activation, enterprise agent support, sponsored listings, refunds, invoices, renewal terms, and delivery scope are confirmed in the final activation note or commercial agreement before payment.
Disputes and changes
AIAgentLands may update these terms as the portal evolves. Material service commitments are governed by the latest agreed commercial document between the parties.
